This year, we explore what it means to rise to the moment,TOGETHER.

Improv asks something simple and brave: show up. Not perfectly. Not prepared. Just present. Because the moment doesn’t wait for confidence, or the “right” version of you. It arrives anyway…. It’s messy, funny, tender, unexpected, and it is inviting you to respond.

In a world that trains us to hesitate, to curate, to stay safe, we choose the opposite. We choose to listen harder, to say yes more, to trust our partners, and to build something real out of what’s right in front of us.
